NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Meeting at 6:00 p.m., May 28, 2009 at the Lewisville City Hall Council Chambers, 151 West Church Street, Lewisville, TX 75067. The purpose of the meeting is to garner public comment on the recommendation to close the railroad crossings at Purnell Road and Cowen Avenue in Lewisville. 1. NOTICE OF ASSISTANCE AT THE PUBLIC MEETINGS The Lewisville City Hall and Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Access to the building is available at the primary south entrance (front of the building) facing Church Street. Special parking spaces are located at either the southeast and southwest parking lot areas. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting and who may need auxiliary aids or services such as interpreters for persons who are deaf or hearing impaired, readers, or large print, are requested to contact Leslee Bachus at 972-316-6102 or by FAX at 972-316-6103 at least two (2) working days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made. |
