DCTA Schedules Second Round of Meetings to Discuss New Fare Structure and Proposed Service Changes |

Denton, TX - In June, DCTA unveiled to the public a new proposed fare structure, plans to integrate the Authority’s existing fixed-routes with future A-train stations, and proposed service levels for the A-train. A second round of public meetings has been scheduled to continue the discussion and collect additional feedback from the public. DCTA will also discuss proposed policy changes to its demand-response system.
The July schedule is outlined below:

A public meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 to discuss the final recommendations for the Robertson Street realignment near the A-train rail corridor and design and construction of the planned bus operations and maintenance facility on Teasley Street in Southeast Denton.
