Shady Shores Drive in Denton County will be closed 500 feet on each side of the Rail Trail, starting March 15 and lasting about ten weeks. Message boards and signs will be posted in the area to provide alternate routes which will include using Corinth Street, Lakeview and Post Oak Drive. This work is part of the construction of the 21-mile A-train passenger rail that will connect Denton to Carrollton and the DART rail line. Crossings that have undergone construction and have reopened in Corinth include Corinth Parkway, Corinth Street and Burl Street.
