Ticketing and Fares

Ticketing for the A-train will be handled by vending machines located at each rail station, as is the case currently when riding the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T) rail systems. The DCTA has yet to establish the process and locations for purchasing long-term or special tickets. This will be finalized and information made available as the service start date draws closer.

No decisions have been made on fare levels yet. The DCTA is in discussions with DART and The T to establish a seamless, consistent fare structure.
