Project Schedule

The target to begin construction is early 2009, although things will start slow with clearing of right-of-way, drainage work and some bridge work. Work crews will start construction in earnest in May 2009, and work will occur simultaneously on the north and south. Construction activity will be completed in "segments" on both ends and crews will work their way toward Lewisville Lake. Work on sound walls will take place first, followed by work on the trail, and then followed by work on the track.
